Our Story

Fusing the words ALTA (elevated, lofty) and CAMA (bed, resting place) we create ALTACAMA, a new home in the high desert. 

Born in Utah and inspired by nomadic cultures, we create utilitarian garments that serve a slower, dispersed outdoor lifestyle. As we embark on our journey, we will periodically adjust our product offering to accommodate the ever-changing desert environment.
