Shipping policy

 

 

General Information: All shipments are processed within 1-3 days, and ship within 1 week from purchase date. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking information via email. 

ALTACAMA accepts all major credit card brands, PayPal, and Klarna. We do not accept person checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. 

ALTACAMA ships orders via UPS and USPS. Carrier options vary based on item and destination.

Domestic Shipping: For ground shipments, we choose the most cost effective shipping carrier and option. If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout. In the case of a lost package, it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.

Please contact alex@altacama-studio.com with your order number if you need to make any changes to your shipping selection. We will do our best to accommodate all update requests but 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries, please refer to shipping page for more details. International customers will be responsible for any additional customs clearance charges or import taxes. Delays from customs may occur and are handled by carrier. USPS only provides tracking while packing is in the US. Refer to carrier for more information and updates.

Orders will be shipped according to the customer's specified address. ALTACAMA is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

ALTACAMA is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping. All stated shipping times are an estimate given by the carrier and are not guaranteed. International orders take more time and estimates will be provided by carrier. Please contact the shipping service directly for a more precise estimate once orders have been shipped.
